Please contact Atlantis Watches and Jewelry customer service at (714) 409-8880 or email us at info@AtlantisWatches.com to obtain an Authorization number within 30 days of purchase date if you need to exchange an item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. If your returned item is approved, we will initiate a store credit for the entire purchase amount.
There will be no refund or exchanges on custom ordered items.
